01. We already have a shop, but it doesn't work properly. Are you rebuilding it from scratch?
Not necessarily. On the first day we look at what's in place and what needs to go. If the foundation is usable, we repair and extend it. If a rebuild would be faster, we'll tell you straight away – and implement it within a few days.
02. What happens if our ERP interface is complex?
In 15 years we've seen virtually every ERP integration – from SAP to Dynamics to custom builds. In the sprint we focus on the business‑critical data flows: products, prices, stock levels and orders. Exotic special processes are parked for a follow‑up project.
03. Can we maintain the shop ourselves afterwards?
